Say hello.

Send us the files, tell us the deadline, and we'll come back with a flat price and a turnaround you can actually plan around — usually same day.

Three doors, same small team behind each.

No call center, no ticket queue. However you reach us, it lands with the people who'll actually be doing the translating — and we read every word.

Tell us what's on your desk.

Jot down what you're translating, the language pairs, and when you need it back. The more you give us up front, the tighter the quote — and there's no charge for asking.

The office is our hub for sworn originals, notarization, and the occasional sit-down. Most projects, though, never need you to leave your desk — files go back and forth by email and we ship certified hard copies when a court or IRB wants ink.

Service area: we work with healthcare and law firms across South Florida, the wider U.S., and overseas clients filing into the States — across 40+ languages.

Get directions

Before you write in

The questions we get most.

How fast will I hear back?

During office hours, usually the same business day — often within a couple of hours. Email after 7pm or on a weekend and you'll catch us the next morning. If it's genuinely urgent, say so in the subject line and we'll prioritize the read.

What should I send for a quote?

The actual files if you can — PDF, Word, or even clean scans. Then the language pairs (English → Spanish, say) and your deadline. From that we can give you a flat per-project price, not a vague range. No files yet? Tell us the rough page or word count and we'll ballpark it.

Do you do certified translations for court and IRB?

Yep. We include a signed certificate of accuracy whenever you need one — for filings, immigration, IRB submissions, the lot. Just flag it in your message so the certifying editor builds it in from the start.

Is my document kept confidential?

Always. Patient records and legal contracts are sensitive by nature, so everything stays within the small team that's working it — no outside crowdsourcing, no public tools. Need an NDA in place first? Send yours over or ask for ours.

What if a deadline can't be met?

We'll tell you up front, before you commit — we'd rather lose the job than blow your filing date. If the timeline's tight but doable, we'll say what it takes. And if a finished file ever needs a tweak, the revision's on us.
