Here's everything we translate, what it actually costs, and how fast you'll get it back — no mystery line items waiting at the end.
The short version
We stick to two worlds we know cold — medical and legal — because that's where a single mistranslated clause can sink a filing or hold up a trial. Everything below is handled by a field-trained pair (translator + reviewer) and, when you need it, a certifying editor who signs off.
You'll see prices three ways: per word for long technical files, per page for court documents, and per doc for the standard ones. Bespoke stuff — apps, full e-consent flows — gets a flat quote once we see it.
The rate sheet
These are floors, not the final number — word count, certification, format and deadline all factor in. Send us the file and we'll turn the starting point into a flat per-project quote, usually the same day.
Translated, back-checked and formatted to match the original — so your IRB doesn't blink at the layout.
Protocols, statistical analysis plans and case report forms, done by translators who've worked the clinical side. Glossary built and kept.
Medical records and discharge notes for care, claims or court — signed certificate of accuracy on request.
Results, panels and radiology reads translated with the units, ranges and abbreviations kept exactly as written.
Cross-border agreements kept watertight — defined terms stay consistent clause to clause, page after page.
Filings, pleadings and judgments translated and certified for the record — accepted where a sworn statement's required.
Sworn statements and deposition transcripts handled with the exactness they need — nothing softened, nothing dropped.
Claims and specifications translated so the scope reads the same in the target language — no accidental narrowing.
Labels, inserts and instructions for use localized to the target market's regulatory expectations, not just its grammar.
Strings, UI and tone localized end to end, so it reads like it was built in that language from day one.
Full e-consent localized across your study's languages, with one shared glossary keeping every term lined up.
Turnaround
The default for most consent forms, records and short contracts. Two human passes plus certification, no rush surcharge.
For the ones that can't wait — short docs reshuffled to the front of the queue. Adds 25% to the project price.
Smaller files in by mid-morning, back before close. Tell us early and we'll confirm the window before you commit.
The extras worth knowing about
The signed statement courts and IRBs ask for, attached to your translation and ready to file.
From $35When the filing needs the certificate notarized too, we handle it and send the lot back together.
From $45Tables, headers, signature blocks — rebuilt to match your original so it looks like a translation, not a retype.
IncludedFor ongoing work, we keep a shared term list so the same phrase reads the same way across every file.
Included on ongoing workSpot something after delivery? Flag it and we'll turn the fix around at no charge. That's just how it works here.
$0Heading overseas? We'll prep the translation so it slots into a sworn or apostille process without a redo.

Drop in what you're translating, the language pairs and your deadline. We'll come back with a flat per-project price and a turnaround you can actually plan around — usually within the business day.
Before you ask
Depends on the file. Long technical docs go by the word, court documents by the page, and the standard ones (consent forms, records) by the doc. Certification, formatting and rush turnaround sit on top — but you'll see the whole number before you say yes. Nothing gets added quietly at the end.
That's the whole point of it. Our certifying editor signs a statement of accuracy that courts and review boards accept, and we can get it notarized if the filing calls for that. If your jurisdiction has a specific wording requirement, tell us and we'll match it.
40+, with Spanish, Haitian Creole and Brazilian Portuguese being the day-to-day around South Florida. Every pair is handled by native speakers in that field — we don't route a contract to someone who only knows medical, or the other way around.
Flag it and we fix it, free. We'd rather you tell us than file something you're unsure about. Revisions on our work don't cost you anything — it's baked into how we price.
Yep — that's a lot of what we do. We build a shared glossary up front so the consent forms, protocols and e-consent flow all use the same terms, then keep it current as the study grows. Multi-doc work gets a flat project quote.
